Return & Refund Policy

Here at Muggables we stand by our products. Over the 2,000+ sales we so far this year, 99.4% of our customers have loved and raved their unique one of a kind product. However, just like with any business, nothing is 100% perfect. 

If you aren't satisfied with your product, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on the situation. As your item is custom made just for you, we reserve all the rights to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality related issues.

Wrong item shipped:

  • Please contact our Customer Support team and include a photo of the item received. We will gladly send you a free replacement or send you a full refund. 

Package lost during shipment:

  • If you haven't received your package within 10-14 days of the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Support team. We will investigate this matter ASAP for you. If the package is indeed lost, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund.

Defective or damaged item shipped:

  • Please contact our Customer Support team and include photos with the damage of the item received. This is for our documentation and quality control purposes. We will gladly send you a free replacement or send you a full refund. 

Received but changed my mind:

  • If the item you received matches to what you ordered; however you end up changing your mind, please contact our Customer Support team and we'll see what we can do for you. Note that this might subject to a handling fee for the return.

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order within 72 hours of initial order, unless if your order has already entered the production phase. Otherwise, unfortunately if the item has already been shipped out then we can not stop shipment. Please contact us once the item is received and we'll see what we can do for you. 

Please keep in mind that the quality of the photo you send in for your designs is extremely important! We will design your items based on the photo(s) you provide. Please follow tips noted in the Photo Guide for best practices. Our products print very nicely, so whatever you send us is whatever will show up on the final product! 

We will do our best to contact you for another photo but it's not guaranteed. We will not be responsible for replacing items if a poor photo was sent.
